  To clarify, the majority of persons housed in Folkestone Road a decade ago were Kosovans, Albanians or Albanians masquerading as Kosovans, all non-EU nationals. Following the resolution of the war in Balkans the whole area has been comparatively stabilised and flights to remove people to these regions have been regularly undertaken. I expect there are very few of those from a decade or so left. Many of the current inhabitants of Folkestone Road are from Slovakia and other EU countries and are fully entitled to settle.
