  Under current legislation the Union leaders are no longer able to call for ''wild cat'' strikes. Before a strike takes place that Union must ballot its members. So although we can decry the aims and selfish objectives of well paid Union leaders it's worth remembering that it's the rank and file members who have voted in favour of strike action not just the leaders.
