  Good set of pictures there Howard. man on the spot for sure. It all looks tranquil with people enjoying yesterdays sunshine, tranquil that is apart from the little flurry of law enforcement.

  Maybe he was about to be put on a ferry.
  
  I remember a few of years ago there was a tramp? wandering round without shoes, he refused the ones we (at the shop) were going to give him.
