All roads to Dover ... Closed!

  Did anyone see the Highways Agency notice in the Dover Express that they are now also planning to close Jubilee Way overnight from October? The notice is valid for twelve months ...... What with the continuing fiasco of the Roundhill Tunnels, I am convinced these guys are trying to close Dover! You couldn't make it up.
