As an aside - does this mean the £2,000 awarded to the now defunct sea sports club as part of the Neighbourhood Forum event will become available for one or more of those who were unsuccessful?

I'd heard it was too expensive a while ago.
It will be very sad if the excellant facilities there become just too expensive for the ordinary youngster in Dover.
People who use the sailing/sea-based facilities can't use the cafe/restaurant upstairs now (unless they shower and get dressed properly first), which has become a very good quality, but very expensive/exclusive dining room with first class views.
Is this what was envisaged for the people of Dover when it was first built ?

Yes I had realised that Howard, but it is defunct because the charges to use the seasports facilities were/are, just too expensive.
