One 'valuable' service is missing from the Dover beach area, something which a swift resolution to whatever problems there are to finding a tenant, could readily supply.
Somewhere is needed (as can be evidenced by a recent news story) for the bathing public to deposit valuables securely.
Some zip-closing polythene pockets and a lockable filing cabinet, together with 'safety-pinnable' ID tags, and lone swimmers, mothers with children in tow etc. etc. can take to the water with peace of mind.
This (brilliant) idea comes free, gratis and for ...very good reasons.
