i have had doubts about both vic and brian for some time.
they could have been sent as an advance party to see how us humans behave.

I have heard Howard that they have been recalled to planet Zog,where when a meeting is called everyone turns up and shouts at each other,that would make sense of Vic standing for UKIP it stands for Universal Killing Independant People.
