  I have been to Goodenstone this morning to turn the first sod on a new housing development .There will be six houses to rent and two shared ownership /They should look very nice when completed
  
  Lovely scenery in that part of the district .

  there should be a lot more affordable housing in the district in the coming years.
  
  mainly in whitfield.
