  Hi Paul, good to hear from you. For the trial re-opening day only, I believe that the port's management have set forth the criteria that you mention from the Telegraph article. All costs of the trial opening day will be borne by the port. Those requirements listed are not the final settled position, they are a starting point and there should be pre and post trial day talks between port management and DSAA to try and reach a final position that is acceptable to anglers whilst allowing the port to meet its safety and security obligations and liabilities.
