I am looking for the lad that crashed into a Car in Rokesley Road Dover early evening on 12th August 15.
He after this crash was set on by a couple of men. Two women came out of their home who helped get these men away from this boy by shouting and screaming at them. The boy managed to get away and thanked the two woman. However, the ladies neighbour reported them saying they had come out of their home shouting and swearing for no apparent reason getting involved with more false statements. This neighbour had contacted East Kent Housing who were managing the two ladies home as they were council tenants.
If anyone knows who this lad was these two ladies helped, could they please contact EKH housing to say what had happened please. As this neighbours complaint against them is on this ladies file still and EKH housing did not bother going to speak to witnesses in street 2015 when she told them there were witnesses in street. It was despicable of the neighbour to make such false accusations knowing these ladies had helped this lad. The lady only found the complaint full contents in a SAR in late 2017 is very upset by the contents of this false complaint against her and her daughter, when they had only tried to save the boy.

The thing was the boy was being kicked and stamped on if no-one acted he could have been badly hurt or worse. The neighbour who reported them stood and watched did nothing, although he said he called Police - Police did not come. No-one ever covered this story and all the ladies got was a nasty report by this neighbour giving false information about them and the incident..very cruel.

Thank you if the boy is found could he contact
suecarr@dover.gov.uk this is Dover District Council or phone her on 01304 872322 tell Sue Carr about what happened to pass the email or the message onto the CEO of East Kent Housing. It would be better to email Sue Carr so the message is paper logged and not lost.
