    What a wonderful world. A world where 'we' can hand out medals and plaudits to those who trade Cocaine for arms so that someone far away can wage war against a neighbour who employs yet more of our own weaponry, that can assist in the Opium trade somewhere else far away, and throw oodles of cash at and train and equip yet another faction to wage war on 'our' convenient/inconvenient enemy.
    BUT!
    Woe betide any who dare to go it alone, ex-allay or no.

    There is much that is wrong. So 'we' are left to choose a particular wrong on which to place 'our' faith for the future.
