As I understand it, this is not his actual name.Abu Hamza means something like, Possessor of a fiery tongue.

rather than extradite him we could always sprinkle itching powder on his dangly bits and watch him scratch himself to death.

Mustafa Kamel Mustafa Al-Masri is his real name. Abu literally means 'father of' in Arabic.

What a wonderful world. A world where 'we' can hand out medals and plaudits to those who trade Cocaine for arms so that someone far away can wage war against a neighbour who employs yet more of our own weaponry, that can assist in the Opium trade somewhere else far away, and throw oodles of cash at and train and equip yet another faction to wage war on 'our' convenient/inconvenient enemy.
BUT!
Woe betide any who dare to go it alone, ex-allay or no.
There is much that is wrong. So 'we' are left to choose a particular wrong on which to place 'our' faith for the future.

All the Muslims I know have wanted rid of Abu Hamza for years. He does not represent mainstream Islam and is regarded as a heretic and renegade by the overwhelming majority.

One less thing for the British taxpayer to have to fork out for; my only concern is not for the tyrant or the others booted out with him, but that the actions of making them answer for the hatred they both preach and practice may have martyred them in some lunatic's eyes, and thus created a new generation of terrorists.
Tom - I can't agree with your sentiments, I'm afraid. In the eyes of radical Muslims, 'we' are at war; not of our own choosing, either. If that means we have to award medals to those brave souls who stand in the firing line, them I'm perfectly happy to do so. I agree that there are double standards involved, but so what? 'Our' enemies are quite prepared to employ double standards, therefore so am I; when in Rome, and all that.
