  interesting that they want the chef to be flexible, maybe they expect him to do spot of limbo dancing between the courses.

  The market cant sustain the leisure side of things as it is. Look at the situation with the pubs for example, they are struggling as we know, and a whole bunch of restaurants are dark....
  
  But anyway, one has to wish them luck. Good home food..whats that nowadays??

  I've a hunch this may be for The Arlington in Snargate Street or, as it is to be called, The Arlington West Bistro. Hope it's as good as it was before it closed last year. Seems they're taking a change in direction this time.
