  on radio kent today someone from i think kcc

  if that is the case , just came down jubilee way from tesco an hour ago
  and the ferry was unloading and where were the lorries going ?
  you,ve guessed it towards folkestone , none were going up jubilee way
  guess we need the road minister down here by the weekend in his car ( will probably turn up by helicopter )
  but when do these ministers finish for the summer ? someone said it is within next week and they sit in their gardens to opening of parliment in october , so looks like we are stuffed
  could always invite him to the kearsney abbey councilor champagne garden party or has that gone ?
