    The meeting was meant to mainly about TAP and how it affecting Aycliffe residents. However a lot of people hijacked the meeting complaining about lorries going through Capel when the road works are on to make the A20 a variable speed limit road. Aycliffe residents did not have much chance to discuss TAP. So a few of us left..
