  Paul, I would be very surprised if KCC were unaware of the existence of the TSD program. Especially as our DDC Castle Ward Councillor is also a KCC Councillor, and on their Environment & Transport Cabinet Committee.
  
  Mind you these vehicles obviously move around swiftly, which is more than you can say for movement on the state of our potholed highways (both due to tarmac degradation and sunked metal service covers, although unsure which authority is responsible for the latter).
  
  I have advised KCC anyway.
