  I can only say my neighbour the one with the pick up truck leaves her black sacks out overnight with the result the bags are sometimes picked at by seagulls or foxes
  
  The refuse collectors pick up every bit of rubbish .I think she was very lucky .I have to get up early and put my black sack out ,even if im still in my nightie .
  
  I thanked the guys as it was because of my neighbours attitude the rubbish was littering the street .I see the older (even older than me ) residents waiting to the day of collection before putting the sacks out ..
