    'Bad', only in the hip-hop sense. The laws, as such, cannot be easily circumvented. The laws are so 'carefully' drafted as to make the necessity for outright breach unnecessary. Then again we have the letter of the law and the spirit of the law and our old friend, "Need for global cooperation". [then we have the MPs excuse,"we were all at it so that's OK]
