  Having recieved another e-mail from Barry last night I have decided to make a statement.
  
  I have apologised 3 times but that is still not enough for Barry and now he is threatening to sue not only me but Dover Forum,the comment I statement I was made as a joke and Barry can do what he wants to me but I will not have him sueing the Forum.So I hope now Barry will drop this for the sake of the Forum and its members.
  The e-mail from Barry was called Please Wisen Up and he says he is not my enemy and he is trying to find a solution that does not involve a lot of pain and the possible bankrupting me and Dover Forum.
  There is no shame for you to admit a mistake and that there are no grounds for suspision and to apologise.
  He continues I really do not want to take legal action but feel I have no choice if you do not make the appriopate statement.
  He continues Please calm down and think-You were wrong in what you said-it is a serious commercial matter.
  
  This I will do later but first I ask you to consider the following made by Barry in the last few days,his words not mine.In the blog Is this really offensive.

  Quote.I like them to have a sense of humour personally,it is the over sensitive who should take a long hard look at themselves but on the other hand complaints may well have other motivations,greed after compensation maybe or a grudge or political.Un quote.

  This is what Barry has asked me to say.
  
  I want to publically state that I regret certain coments and allergations made in respect of Barry Williams and those he represents,they were made without thought,without any basis for suspision and without any intention of the comments being taken seriously.
  
  I want to withdraw the comments unreservedly and apologise for my error.
