  i thought the place looked reasonably tidy recently, must be the owner is trying to cut and run.

  Looks like the offer highlights £36,000 per annum rent income on the 8 flats, so there'd be no need to hide the tenants, but rather to put them on display as proof thereof

  so we pay 700 quid a week to the landlord in order that his tenants can turn the building into a tip.

  I was very pleased to see this up for sale today, hoping the residents will change as well as the owners.
