Just been installed that one Ted to stop people parking on the pavement, be prepared to see more.
grass grows by the inches but dies by the feet.

What a waste of money, this is not an area that has a problem with cars parking there, the only short term problem is when the cafe has a delivery and this will continue.

When the general state of disrepair of the pavement was mentioned the response 'bollard' was misheard?
