It started on 1 November '11 as reported above. I had found it on the UKIP website, which led to the misinterpretation on my part. Sorry for that!

I didnt make a list of any numbers or percentages mentioned as was only half awake at the time, but the government have seriously cracked down on these bogus schools whereby people come into the country, study for a bit, or dont study at all, and then bugger off into society to sink without trace. This was a serious loophole in the immigration problem...literally thousands coming in this way. These 'students' were from outside the EU but it presented many with a ticket in.
Mr Cameron did promise to do something about this prior to the election and it looks like he has. Nobody however can stop the too-ing and fro-ing of population from within the EU. This is the free flow of accessible Labour and it works for all equally.
Ah!.... just heard ..302 colleges have had their licenses revoked completely..a further 170 or so have had restrictions placed on their operation.
