It's an Aston Martin from the mid fifties, probably a DB 2/4 MkI coupe from 1954.

I thought it could have been an old 400 series Bristol at first, but Peter is spot-on - its an Aston Martin.
The indicator lamps appear to be a Lucas add-on.
