  paul,just let you know that there are some very disgruntaled peopl up at aycliffe especaly in gloster ropewalk.today was recycling day.like all good citezens we put our recyclelng this morning,the recycle truck useally arrives at 7 am,but for some reason today it was around 3 pm.in the mean time we had force 7 winds today,and a majority of plastic and cans ended up in my front garden and allso my nieghbours.the reason being we have blue boxs instead off blue wheelie bins.
  
  i have know have 3 large black plastic bags of recycling around by my normal rubbish bin,my nieghbour has the same.
  
  we gratefully request an exchange from blue boxs to wheelie bins asap.
  i have tried phoneing the appropiet department to request a blue wheelie bin but ended up on hold for quite awhile with no one picking up the phone to answer the query.
  
  i would like some kind of responce [not lip sevice] to my quary.
