  i was talking, sorry listening to a clarendon place resident today who has been in regular contact with ddc waste department over vast amounts of bagged rubbish left outside houses blocking the pavements. she says that she has been told now that letters will be going out to offenders followed by fines for non compliance. rubbish will be checked before being taken away to ensure that recycling is being done by the perpetrators.
