    due to industrial action in an undisclosed country the police have announced that the m20 will be closed coastbound between junction 11 hythe and junction 12 folkestone from tomorrow morning.

    i have heard unofficially that it has already come into effect.
    how long will it be before our hauliers get compensation from the errant state?
