  As you know there will be those that attack no matter what good you do.
  
  With regard the hospital it's my view that Dover because of the amount of people that visit and are in it should have a bigger hospital with more facilities.
  
  This doesn't move me from my earlier posts on threads like this that every hospital cannot have every facility in it
  so a major shake is required as to how we provide health care in the future
