  Sorry Mrs Higgins that is not the case the building is to old,it will keep costs down by building a new one,(How do I know/) well that was part of my work, Always harder to work or add on to a old building, nothing fits and when you srew in it all the wood is is no good,so all in all the best way is to start from new, it is not a fiasco, but been far to long geting to where they are today,the costs have gone up from the four years ago. But we are where we are.
