  I know this is a long shot,I am trying to find out the surname of a person, who lives at 147 St Radigunds Road. If anybody live in that area,or know somebody who does,it would be a great big help.
  I have looked up the address on line,but if you have not got a surname,you can't find out.

  Mayhap I am the wrong 'Tom', but this name finding does seem to be possible, if you have credits on 192.com [I don't]
