    Yes the fair is policed by a private firm .My point is that where large crowds are .to gather it has to be policed .Someone has to foot the bill


    Yes the Musuem is under my remitt still I have to keep an eye on their budgets and set policy .

    If budgets are cut then i have to ensure the musuem does not suffer .

    I dont want to see the Musuem suffer if Anti Social behaviour accurs in the market Square .It took a long time to get it repainted and flood lighting installed
