    Well i went to the Planning Meeting last night and spoke for three minutes .In that time you have to stick to planning matters .my bigest issuie was Anti Social Behaviour .I advised the committee some years ago the then owner of the Elle wanted a screen to show an England game .The police apposed this as the cost of policing this event would have been very high .
    I think most of the FOR brigade think we will have large sporting events shewn .Well the applicant stated if policing was going to be an issuie in otherwords large crowds in Market Square they would not be shown .Think how much it costs to steward and police a carnival ?
    The Committee are going to hold a site meeting to weigh up the issuies .For those objecting and those FOR another chance to go along and have your say .
