  One point to remember, and clearly detailed on the revised plans, is that the main viewing area is Market Street and, althought bricked over and part of the square it is still a road. It is used as access to the flats, for delivery vehicles, police patrols (in cars), security vehicles for the banks and by numerous private vehicles going to cash-points and take-aways.
