  Brian there have been a couple of versions of the plan which are really just concept ideas though one new idea just sprang to mind that I will now pass to John Pegg now whilst I think of it. The good thing is that the idea is out there and being well received, it is a matter of how it all fits together.
  
  Howard is right through, if the logistical problems can be beaten then a hotel/conference centre could be the way to do (the Grand Shaft Barracks site itself is archaeologically ruined but getting access and utilities in and out would be an issue).
