  Sue those residents you are on about must expect noise and certainly must be used to it. If you choose to move out into the country you can't complain it is too quiet, if you move to the Market Square of any town you really can't complain about noise.
  You have to move forward and embrace new technology not live in a time-warp, the screen could help bring money into the town, money that is badly needed if you want our small businesses to survive. You are only highlighting what you consider to be the negative side.
  However much money you pump into the Roman Painted House it is not going to have the same impact, we must look to the future and allow modern innovations to work together with our heritage.
  On this one Sue you are wrong, out of touch and suffer from the illusion that everybody that would want to watch big screen tv is either a yob or an alcoholic.
