Ahhhh, the big screen.
I saw one of these in Hull a few years ago, absolutly massive and it was brought in to the town centre at massive cost, I can't even remember what the event was but it was there for a very long time and may even still be there.
The public objected to it but it still went ahead, the day I walked passed it an event was going on that no one gave a toss about and the only people that where watching was the local alcaholics.
Sounds a bit like Dover realy.
