  Having heard from some of the residents of Market Square, there are some concerns about the effect the screen might have. These mainly consist on noise, unruly groups gathering, vandalism and litter. All of these being genuine concerns that need to be considered.
  
  The screen, which was turned down by Canterbury, could have a lot of benefits as well. I am led to understand that it will be available to take a 'live feed' from events happening in other parts of the town and district. For the technically minded it also has split screen capability and the screen itself is supposed to be fairly damage proofed.
