    I think this Free Running is a major development in human evolution. At long last 'we' are coming to terms with the urban built-environment as the creatures we are. So much of the city-scape is all about the car and crowd control.
    This, skate boarding and BMX are fantastic things for children and young adults to be involved in. We recently had our local public park done-up (for the Olympics?) and it now includes two skate/cycling bowls. Both well designed and engineered, if at present shut due to water ingress. Young people of all ages, shapes and sizes have spent their whole day there together in harmony. With all emphasis on participation and skill and fitness not drugs or violent conflict.
