does any why there is a problem with the a 20,as it is at a stand still,traffic staionary back to samphire hoe all ready.

A20 Kent - Queueing traffic on A20 Townwall Street in both directions in Dover between the A256 Woolcomber Street junction and York Street Roundabout. In the roadworks area.
This might be having a knock on effect although does seem a little way away from Samphire Hoe.

two lanes at a compleat standstill as far back as samphire hoe and building,no sign of stack yet.western hieghts roundabout compleatly blocked all the way round by hgv's.

Veolia were outside the Light of India/Burlington House, working with one lane closed off. Same for the bottom of York Street - caused havoc all the time it was there.

Yes there was quite a tailback last evening, Here is a pic of the guys who normally create the tailbacks, this time they themselves were stuck...
