Another bit of paperwork here I saved from being dumped when the paper mill at Dover was being modernised. I`m assuming it`s for a tram shelter for mill employees(?), though I haven`t spotted any in photograph`s of Dover trams. The title here though is for the above address, and from Pike`s Blue Book of Dover, it seems to be quite a large and busy place. R.E. Knocker is still shown as resident there in 1938. Was it a main council building? Lovely piece of old parchment this letter is printed on, and just coming up to 90 years old!
