    84 councillors with a Blackberry, which will be heavily discounted if not given free by the network so they can get other revenues. No axe to grind there.

    84 councillors costing a minimum of £1,932,000 PLUS expenses I do have a problem with.

    So, nitpick over £670k and ignore £1.9m, smart thinking folks.
