Yes the famed visit of Gloria Hunniford to pencester gardens..who brough along her little pooch. Also in shot left Ronnie Philpott and of course the Mayor at the time Diane Smallwood herself..what a terrific hat on Diane. All very garden partyish in pencester gardens that day..lovely.
