  Don't bother Howard. I called in and suggested as a social enterprise moving all the Dovorians who spend their time whining about the town to the North East of England where they might have something real to moan about, and filling their houses with people who might at least appreciate the place. They threw me out.
  
  Apparently here's a thin line between social-engineering and ethnic-cleansing and I'd overstepped it.
