Well, please forgive me then, for a (somewhat frivolous) aside.
I'll stop being concerned about the financial situation and budgets, and instead will go on holidays until debt comes out of my ears. If we're not going to survive, if things are going to change - I shall adopt one of the good Dovorian attitudes from the last lot ... be merry, for today could be our last.
At the same time, if these things are going to beat up some of the bacteriological nasties, good. I've got a stinking sinusitis just now - or is it a nerve infection? I don't know - and the thought of anything that can beat that up and stop it beating me up and stop me wanting to beat my brains out against the wall is welcome.
