    Don't agree Keith that it's a political party question.
    Under Labour, it was exactly the same.

    The human rights act is an essential requirement of being part of the EU, and judges simply won't deport people who have a family life in Britain, no matter what crimes they committed, as they are bound by the Law.

    And the British Government cannot change this law as long as our Country is in the EU.
