This problem needs sorting out NOW.
Is this Ian Taylor some sort of pillock or what. BUILT UP AREAS LOW SPEED.
The idea is to get from A to B as safely as possible, NOT as quickly as possible.
The stop and start points from Cherry tree trafficc lights down to B&Q traffic lights just encourages people to drive faster.
Come on DDC get it sorted, I saw some very good first aiders doing their bit today and some very good traumatised children giving statements,
all in shock but doing something that should'nt have occured in the first place.
I hate to say this but......should it happen again you heard it here first.
