    I remember that letter and indeed many letters from Ian Taylor in the local paper. I dont know if he is from Dover or around or if he is a self appointed figure from afar, but he does seem to have the urge to legislate for us on all things motoring. It doesnt mean to say he is right. You might remember that government campaign that got the message out that "Speed Kills" and indeed it does. Slower is better. Less fatalities at 20mph for sure.
