    Gosh thats a terrible tale there Ian. The prospect of a car mounting the pavement outside or near a school is very worrying indeed. Hopefully the victims will make a full recovery. What can you do...in theory your children should be safe on the pavement but one hears more and more about similar accidents. Its frightening.
