    I didn't know that Howard - thanks.

    I created something like you've described there, only I called it a Passsport to Leisure. I had got agreement from all the historic sites and attractions across the District - apart from EH and NT as they have their own schemes.

    I'd even created a formula to work out how much each site would get back from the tickets issued; it was costed and everything was in place and so then I went to WCCTA for approval (not money) and they said no, so it didn't go ahead.

    Not long afterwards, a number of sites saw the benefits and created their own passports to leisure - a bit like the Dover Loyalty Scheme; after two years and no support I had to fold it and then people created their own loyalty schemes.

    I've learnt my lesson now.
