    They certainly don't seem to have any idea how to help move Dover forward or actually support the businesses here.
    It's not just about signing up businesses, it a bigger picture, where the businesses want to know what they will be getting for their membership fee and what the C of C (or their representative in Town) are doing on the ground-floor to make Dover a brighter, cleaner, more welcoming Town and one that is a destination for tourists.
