  Bern I hear what you are saying .I was at Dover College Prize Giving on Thursday ,many of the pupils parents live ouside of our District .I was busy selling the District to them .
  Im the Chairman of the District we have Town Mayors and Councillors who also try to sell their Town .
  A lot of people are put off by the site of people drinking outside Some of the behaviout leaves a lot to be desired .
  
  A lot of the property near the underpass is in private ownership .I believe DHB own some of the sites
  There are thirty two Parish Councils and Three Towns in our District and some really help themselves .Preston near Wingham lovely village ,Denton many hidden gems
  If the moral of the people who liver in Dover and pride restored maybe a difference will be made
  
  Thats what our Leader will be doing poor choice of words Great and the Good .He will be talking to people who hopefully will bring inward investment to our town /
